Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (6 1/2 fl oz) coconut milk, unsweetened (carton)
- 1/4 cup (2 oz) canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened) or 1 3/4 oz pumpkin, steamed & mashed
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice plus extra to dust
Directions
- Place milk and pumpkin puree in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until just hot, but don’t let it come to a boil.
- Remove saucepan from heat and whisk in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a mug and dust with extra spice to serve.
